Dayang Enterprise secures RM400m Shell Sarawak contract

KUALA LUMPUR: DAYANG ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS BHD []'s unit has secured a RM400 million contract from Sarawak Shell Bhd to provide top-side maintenance execution services.

Dayang said on Wednesday, April 7 its unit Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd had on Monday received the award of contract which would be over five years with an option to renew for one year.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years 2010 to 2015. There is no significant risks involved in fulfilling the contract obligations," it said.
